Team Biographies

Ethan Dulsky is founder and Managing Partner of FuseIQ. With over 20 years of experience assisting clients in a wide range of industries, Ethan has directed complex assignments in North America, Europe and Asia involving brand strategy and marketing, strategy development and implementation, culture, and organization. Ethan has directed projects for clients including Agilent, Discover, Oportun, Genentech, Dolby, Mark’s, Eli Lilly, Sangamo Therapeutics, BMW, MasterCard, Starbucks, Wells Fargo, and Charles Schwab & Company, among others. Prior to founding FuseIQ, Ethan was a senior strategy consultant and engagement manager at Edgar, Dunn & Company, and also worked in corporate planning and strategy for E&J Gallo Winery, where he was instrumental in the company's successful expansion into the high-priced wine category with the Gallo of Sonoma, Turning Leaf Sonoma Reserve, and Rancho Zabaco brands. Ethan graduated with honors from the University of Southern California and holds an MBA in strategy and finance from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Lisa Wilcox Corning is a cultural anthropologist by nature and a lawyer by training. She combines the two by following her passion for understanding human attitudes, values and behaviors and using her insights to help businesses think strategically and act creatively. Lisa began her marketing career at Young & Rubicam and later practiced law at Orrick, a national US law firm, but returned to her marketing roots as a partner at the B/R/S Group. Lisa has conducted brand and positioning projects for NASCAR, Visa, the International Olympic Committee, Dolby, eBay, PayPal, Mayo Clinic, Adobe, Symantec and Intuit, among others. Lisa led a 26-country re-branding study for Visa, and also led a re-branding study for the International Olympic Committee. Lisa received her BA, with honors, from Brown University, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law where she was editor of the Law Review.

Jeff Huggins is a former Chief Creative Officer at McCann SF, JWT SF, Deutsch New York, and Creative Director at Goodby Silverstein & Partners. Throughout his career he’s had the good fortune to lead creative and content development for some of the world's most iconic and ambitious brands. From Nike to Budweiser, Microsoft to Tylenol, Ikea to Capital One, Jeff has worked across a broad array of business categories and gained a unique perspective on what makes a brand story ring true, resonate culturally, and build long-term value.  Working as a creative consultant since 2010, he’s produced multiple Super Bowl campaigns for, led the global repositioning of Elizabeth Arden, and authored new brand narratives for, Sangamo Therapeutics, Agilent, and others. While on the agency side, Jeff led Deutsch NY’s creative efforts on all J&J brands, including the repositioning of Tylenol. As worldwide creative director on Microsoft he oversaw creative work on all seven business divisions in 29 countries. With a journalistic background, and a keen sense of story, Jeff sees every project as an investigative challenge: What's the real story here? What does the research tell us? What does the consumer tell us? What really makes this brand matter?

Judith Wright has over twenty five years experience in market research, marketing and new product consulting, advertising and management consulting. She specializes in brand strategy, positioning, new product development and strategic marketing initiatives. Judith has conducted brand and positioning projects on a local, national and international level for companies including Under Armour, Pepsi, American Express, Diageo, Toyota, Tacori, Anthropologie, SKYY, Time Warner, Bayer, Disney, Nokia, Kraft, Procter & Gamble, Obopay and Cytori. She has extensive experience in a broad range of industries including consumer packaged goods, financial services, retail, luxury, food & beverage, entertainment, automotive and healthcare. Judith started her career in advertising in England at Redheads Advertising, and enjoyed seven years in management consulting and positioning/new product consulting in New York, first at Dunham & Marcus and then at Kane, Bortree & Associates. For the past 20 years she has been in San Francisco, first as the Vice President of Planning at Freeman, Lavigne Blanshei and then as a Partner at The B/R/S Group.  She received a BA HONS in Business with a specialty in Marketing from Hull University, England and an MA in Product Innovation from the Royal College of Art, London.


Kirsty Bell is an experienced consultant with a background in transformation, people & change, and organizational design. She has 10 years management consulting experience in the telecommunications, life sciences, financial services, retail, and higher education sectors. Kirsty brings together interdisciplinary teams of behavioral specialists, interaction designers, design researchers and data scientists to create meaningful outcomes grounded in human insight. She has a passion for bringing human insight to the process of transformation, using it to guide business decisions.

Jim Edgar is a co-founder of FuseIQ and serves as an Advisor to the firm. He is a founding partner of Edgar, Dunn & Company (an international management consulting firm). Jim has over forty years of consulting experience in marketing, brand strategy and organization, and has served over 200 clients on more than 350 specific assignments. Jim has directed major assignments for such brands as the International Olympic Committee, MasterCard, Wellpoint (Blue Cross of California), Holiday Inn, Gensler, Airtouch Communications, Moore Stephens International, and Saab. Prior to forming Edgar, Dunn & Co., Jim served as the Western Regional Partner for the management consulting division of one of the largest international accounting firms. Additionally, he directed the management consulting group of that firm in San Francisco. Jim holds both an MBA and undergraduate degree in engineering from Cornell University.
